After a costume party Saturday night, I spent official Halloween catching up on stuff around the apartment, making Chicken and Dumplings for dinner and handing out candy to trick-or-treaters. I gave out nearly all the candy (luckily a little bit left for me!) and finished off the night with some pumpkin ice cream. Wonderful way to celebrate the fall holiday.
